Fischer HRM GmbH is an international human resource consulting company with a team of 25 employees. From the head office in Düsseldorf, the Fischer HRM Country Desks for Japan, China, Iran, Russia/CIS, Spain/Latin America and Africa recruit specialists and executives worldwide.

“Our USP is: the international team works together at one location but travels the world depending on project requirements. This guarantees the same quality standard for all projects worldwide, while affording our customers in Germany immediate access to consultants,” explains Managing Partner Maria Fischer. Fischer HRM’s clients come from many industries. They are mainly small and medium-sized enterprises from the fields of mechanical engineering, tool-making, construction and real estate, plant construction, automotive and medical technology, glass technology, packaging and paper, IT and telecommunications, security technology, renewable energies, B2C trading and consumer goods.
